October brought more than autumn leaves and pumpkin spice to Excel Health Plans. For three days in October, we traveled with our esteemed partners through Texas, hosting networking happy hours. Each event featured insightful speakers and a toast to the spirit of independence in health benefits. Even though we didn’t get that much sleep, we had such a fantastic time in Dallas, Austin, and Houston on back-to-back-to-back days.

October 10th featured none other than NFL Hall of Famer, Mike Singletary, as the guest speaker. The Dallas Cowboys training facility created a wonderful backdrop for the event and was quite an experience on its own. The next day we were in Austin where attendees heard Vance Bradford, former NFL coach, speak on leadership and innovation. The whirlwind trip wrapped up in Houston on October 12th where we had an open panel discussion with industry leaders from all over.

What an experience. Excel Health Plans and our partners want to thank each and every broker that came out to be part of this journey that celebrates independence, fosters connections, and enriches the understanding of the health benefits landscape. What a day! Benefits & Baseball was a remarkable gathering, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. Wrigley Field ended up being a great venue for all of the Rosetta Fest attendees to connect, share insights, and build lasting relationships. The history of the stadium and the fact that there was a game going on created a relaxed atmosphere, which allowed for stress-free networking and, hopefully, a bit of collaboration. There were certainly a lot of smiles.

The event would not have been the same if it wasn’t for everyone who showed up, so a big shout-out to all the wonderful attendees who graced the event with their presence. Your enthusiasm and eagerness to engage in meaningful conversations made the event successful. We were inspired by the diverse range of professionals who joined us, each bringing their unique perspectives to the table.

We’d also like to extend our appreciation to the other sponsors who joined us in supporting this event. As soon as we wrapped up this event, we started eagerly looking for the next opportunity to get together.
