Rebecca Matulonis joined Excel Health Plans LLC in 2022 and was named CEO in July 2024. Matulonis is an expert in management, strategic planning and coordination and is a proven leader in the toughest industries. Prior to joining Excel, she worked as Chief Operating Officer at a prominent NYC commercial real estate and development firm. There she honed her skills as a negotiator in getting her team what they needed to succeed. She also worked as a business consultant and podcaster interviewing business visionaries. After featuring Excel Health’s Michael Patton, she knew she had to join the cause in bringing her business mastery to revolutionizing the healthcare sector.
